Therapeutic Approach
I am currently a master's intern studying at Temple University, and I am constantly developing my approach to therapy. I believe that each individual is the expert on their own experiences, so I enjoy collaborating with my clients to define therapy goals together.
As a member of the LGBT+ community with strong ties to my Greek heritage, I am committed to integrating this cultural knowledge into my work. I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the significance of our upbringing and self-concept in shaping our current experiences.
My areas of interest include self-esteem, anxiety, depression, body image, and issues surrounding LGBT+ identity and sexuality. I work with my clients to process underlying emotions, helping them gain self-awareness and confidence in navigating their feelings. Ultimately, my goal is to establish a supportive and understanding therapeutic relationship, so that you feel comfortable expressing yourself and working towards your ultimate happiness.
Education
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree at Temple University, where I am deepening my knowledge and skills to best serve my clients.
