Supervision

Part of the mission of the PHL Therapy Collective is to provide a platform for future license-track therapists - current master's level students seeking in-house internships with supervision - and to provide supervision for recent graduates as part of the licensing processing. Interns would have on-site placement with clients coming from the PHL Therapy Collective network and regular supervision with Brian Swope, LMFT. Recent graduates would contract with Brian Swope, LMFT, on the requirements needed to meet licensure.

  • Formal Supervision

Brian Swope, LMFT offers systemic/AAMFT supervision services as a supervisor-in-training toward full certification. Supervision services include individual and dyadic supervision for clinicians seeking licensure, as well as those pursuing supervision to become certified supervisors. Supervision certification is not bound by state boards, and anyone seeking AAMFT supervision certification supervision is welcome.

Group supervision sessions are held one Thursday a month for 2 hours. Seating is capped at 6 participants, ensuring a focused and engaging experience.

  • Informal Supervision

As part of the networking, diversity, and openness mission of the PHL Therapy Collective, the practice would like to facilitate a monthly or bi-monthly supervision group consisting of licensed therapists who are seeking additional perspectives and networking possibilities.

Reach out to Brian Swope, LMFT for more details on any of these options.
