Therapeutic Approach
I focus on creating a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel safe, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help you heal, embrace the different parts of yourself, and make meaningful changes to create a life aligned with who you are.
My person-centered approach meets you where you are, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I draw from Feminist Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other therapeutic modalities to support your growth and healing.
About Me
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. I also work at High Focus Centers in Lansdale, PA, as a Women’s Trauma IOP Therapist.
I am passionate about providing a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, embrace your strengths, and work toward the life you envision.
