Specialities

  • Exploring how intersecting identities (disability, racial identity, sexual orientation, etc.) shape perceptions and behaviors.

  • Helping clients develop the tools to adapt to both expected and unexpected life changes.

  • Supporting individuals and couples in gaining insight and building resilience for navigating life's challenges.

Therapeutic Approach

In an ever-changing world, we all need support at times to adapt and grow. Whether it’s navigating disability, racial identity, chronic conditions, career challenges, or family dynamics, I believe that all of our intersecting identities shape how we experience and interpret the world around us.

In both individual and couples settings, I aim to help clients build insight, resilience, and coping skills to effectively navigate life and relationships. I prioritize creating a supportive and empathetic environment where clients can explore and understand how their unique experiences influence their present and future.

Education

I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, with an expected graduation in 2025.
