Therapeutic Approach
I am currently pursuing my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Drexel University, and as an intern at PHL Therapy Collective, I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to my work with clients.
With a strong foundation in systemic therapy, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of their relationships. My training and experience have equipped me with the tools to address a range of issues, including communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and emotional distress. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
I believe in considering the whole person, which is why I take into account the cultural, societal, and familial factors that shape my clients’ experiences. Coming from a diverse background as a queer Palestinian woman and an advocate for mental health, I understand the importance of considering social location in therapy. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive space where clients from all walks of life can explore their concerns and work toward their goals.
