Therapeutic Approach
Life endlessly presents us with challenges and changes that bring us to our most delicate edges. I want to help others build resiliency, find clarity, and discover new ways to grow. By exploring the systems and circumstances that shape us, the stories we’ve been told, and the ones we tell ourselves, we can uncover the obstacles holding us back, invest in our strengths, and learn new skills to make our lives and our relationships richer.
The therapeutic process is contextual, relational, existential, narrative, and pragmatic. I believe in building skills for deeper vulnerability, personal reflection, and communication. My work with the men's groups focuses on helping men of all ages examine the mythologies behind ideas of "manhood" and the effects these narratives have on us.
About Me
As both a father, a freelancer, and an artist, I bring a wealth of life experience to my practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship conflict, trauma, addiction, and more.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and am dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your story, your strengths, and your path forward.
